1. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

2. ⁠Upon cancellation, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

3. ⁠if your item has already been shipped, please refuse delivery.

4. ⁠once the product is returned to us, we’ll process your refund promptly.

*Return Policy*

1. There is a 5-day Return/Replacement policy.

2. ⁠To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition as you received, with a proof of purchase or packing label.

3. ⁠Beauty products are not eligible for return once opened.

4. ⁠In-case Return is accepted, we will initiate the reverse pickup of product, and refund will be initiated once product is received at our warehouse.
