• How to Use – Vijaysar Wood Glass

  1. Rinse Before First Use
     Wash the wooden glass thoroughly with clean running water. Do not use soap, detergent, or chemicals.
  2. Fill with Drinking Water
     Pour 80–100 ml of clean room-temperature drinking water into the glass before going to bed. Avoid hot or boiled water.
  3. Leave Overnight
     Keep the water in the glass for 8–10 hours. The water may naturally turn a light reddish-brown color, which is normal for genuine Vijaysar wood.
  4. Drink on an Empty Stomach
     Drink the infused water first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. For best results, use it consistently as part of your daily wellness routine to control your Diabetes.
  5. Clean & Reuse
     Rinse the glass with plain water after each use, let it air dry, and refill it every night. Never use soap or place it in a dishwasher.
